Data Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent billing practices.

1. Subscription Refunds

Table8 offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

After the initial 30-day period, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 3 months.

2. Order Refunds

For end-customers placing orders through the Table8 platform, refund requests should be directed to the specific restaurant or venue from which the order was placed.

Table8 facilitates the transaction technology but the fulfillment, quality, and delivery of the order are the sole responsibility of the venue. We will assist in mediating disputes where possible.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

There are no cancellation fees. Your data will be preserved for 90 days after cancellation should you choose to reactivate.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
